As I had said the incidents and conflicts re-began due to athletic motivated incidents during Public High School in Massachusetts and New England Prep School at Tabor Academy, Marion, MA., when I was a student athlete, a rage and rampage snowballed into my College career path at Ithaca College due to my participation as a student/athlete, then the matters snowballed into my employment and Community. Below are samples of some documents including medical records of injuries I sustained as a result of those athletic motivated incidents and conflicts that followed me into employment and Community. The matters caused loss of employment I filed Court Actions to reconstruct employment and other histories. What I also had said in prior posts if an Authority has the ability to changed football schedules in much of the United States then publish those football schedules at the Schools and Colleges that did not happen, then they have the capability to have a person attacked then arrested. My belief is out of spite and resentment because I set Big Records for scoring points such as the most points scored in small College football on Defense, then they had me attacked for the Big Record. Also, they had called the Schools in outrage because I had made a few hard tackles/hits, so, there was a grudge and out of revenge they had me attacked. They had profiled me because of a few hard tackles, they relate hard tackles/hits as violence, the bad guy character. I post medical records and other documents that are self explanatory including a wallet receipt, hey, I never got my wallet or property back, concerning my wallet, they questioned my identity suggesting I was not Phillip Bianco.
   I had said in prior post that some Authority changed athletic "Football " schedules from what truly happened and I used the 1978 small College football schedules that had been changed in much of the United States for an example and then they had published those changed schedules at each School and College, the same changes took place with scores  of games. What I had discovered when records are changed from what truly happened then stories evolve that caused incidents and conflicts as they did at Schools, Employment and in Community. I believe in part the changes took place because I set scoring records. Yes, during 1978 while a student/athlete at Ithaca College I set scoring records for most points  scored on defense in Small College Football. I scored during 1978 against St Lawrence University, Alfred University, Springfield College, CW Post College and Towson State University and during 1979 I scored against St Lawrence University, Bloomsburg State College, Cortland State College, Alfred University, American International College and Canisus College and during 1980 I scored against Bloomsburg State College and Albany State University, they recorded all zero's in the points scored categories for my participation, so,  the matters are athletic motivated.  At the Ithaca College football games there were thousands of fans and spectators and they had convinced thousands of Ithaca College fans, spectators and Ithaca Footballers I did not score a single touchdown or point, hey, they could convince people of anything about a person and based upon there ability and capability to change records then publish those untrue records about events that did not happen they could generate any type of false record about a person, as found in my case.
