Yes regarding my athletic participation their are legalities involved. I just checked NCAA Division 3 Football Championship and discovered the score of the Ithaca College v Wittenberg State University was recorded incorrect, they have 1979 Ithaca 31 v Wittenberg 28 Championship , the correct score is Ithaca 14 v Wittenberg 10. The problems begin when the stories evolve from incorrect subject matter records. I can image based upon what I have been victim of is the story is something along the lines such as, "Ithaca was an Offensive Power House if it was not for he Offense Ithaca would have lost because the Defense failed", I played on Defense so I am sure the enemy would say Wittenberg score against me specifically and that Ithaca should have brought some other player to the game. That the reasoning for destroying and stealing my athletic trophies in Southern Massachusetts.

The funny thing is my Grandfather was a City of Hartford, Connecticut Policeman for approximately 40 years, his name was Joseph Phillip Capobianco he retired Sargent during 1963. My father who was a musician "harpist" shortened Capobianco to Bianco he thought it would sound better for the entertainment business.

 The matters have been confronted with very one sided storues and I have had to defend myself for many years. I think I need to some how get some of my side of the story published. Yes, telling my side which are true would help matters.

 I do need to contact the European Communities and International Communities where I painted and created art in my youth try and publish some of my side of the story, its' very one sided in the United States.

   I changed the blog title, "Phillip Bianco Recent Letters" after writing a ruff draft of song lyrics, that blog is titled, "Phillip Bianco Song Lyrics", of course I will add to the bridge of the song and change things around a little but while writing the song it brought back good memories of my youth when I was a young artist. I still have posted at the blog titled "Phillip Bianco Song Lyrics" my Statement of Testimony that I wrote purely out of memory and remember when I posted and mailed the Statement of Testimony the enemy denied each and every thing I said,so, a number of months latter I did locate some documents that I had put in a box at a friends house and part of my football scrap book, so those documents and subject matter evidence I post at my blog's do support much of what I said in my Statement of Testimony and to say I lied is not only completely untrue but to profile me about other matters, so I look back at the Bellmore incident when I was a young child and I was assaulted and the struck by a hit and run automobile, of course the men who did such a thing to me were arrested and they were convicted,o they want to say it was a lie that it never happened,so, they continue to suppress my histories as found in art and athletics to create a history that I lie which is untrue. Yes, I will always remember that athletic schedules were changed, team rosters changed, order we played teams were changed ,scores of games were changed and my personal performance statistics was changed, remember Ithaca College gave me all zero's in any skilled category of my participation the true is I set numerous National and Unusual personal performance records for scoring most points on DEFENSE. I ranked high in most interceptions, most blocked kicks, I have the most safeties, ranked in sacks,defensive return yardage. This brings me back to Bellmore when my father had given the kid next door a dollar that I had earned, the kids name was Lee,so, it's about the Bellmore, New York incidents, Yes, at Ithaca they had credited my interceptions for the 1978 football season to a Scott Colton and the the touchdowns I scored in 1979 and 1980 to Bob Firigno the team full back. I did find out that the New York Police who are involved with security also on Wall Street play the 1979 Ithaca vs Albany State football game film where a Robert "Bob" Firigno scores the touchdowns as the 1980 Ithaca vs Albany State football game film where I score 20 points on Defense and 6 points via kick return, the story presently is the Jeff Southmayd story, Jeff had been sent down to the Ithaca Junior Varsity team for  forgetting his helmet at the Buffalo scrimmage game, Jeff got angry and quit the football team,so, I have been assaulted with the Jeff Southmayd story for a number of years, its' very dirty and corrupt, so, that would suggest the Politics of Sports was and still is very active. This matters evolves in the New England Prep School League remember they changed the schedules, scores of games. team rosters and order we played teams, yes, the New York Police Department does have relationships with the New England Prep Schools one reason is some of America's Political and Financial leaders attended the Prep School,yes, Wall Street is in New York City, that's called a relationship!!!! I did discover the final story which seems to be that no articles about the College football season's I played will be archived in any of the Newspapers of Libraries including the 1979 National Championship that has been twisted into a story that I simply feel on the ball when I recovered the fumble to help win the 1979 National Championship and then Ithaca has only one memory of me about football a photograph of me about to sack the Cortlandt State Quarterback but not yet in my grasp yet,so, of course its leaves it up to your imagination if I even ever made that Quarterback sack,NOT COOL, because these stories had been transmitted into the Communities I lived, worked and traveled. Based upon these types of story till this day I never know what ever happened to my art works either???
