It appears that the first Legal Case re-began in New York City for a New York State Unemployment Insurance Claim during approximately September of 1990. I finally received an unemployment check around June 2, 1991. The Case matter began after I filed the Unemployment Claim form my mothers in Hyannis,Massachusetts. I was sent a denial of benefits letter by a person by the name of Joseph Possiteri of Albany. The New York State Unemployment Case was heard in Brooklyn around September 1990. Always a problem!

   The facts are upon graduation from Ithaca College I was going along my merry way and minding my own business selling Business and Computer Equipment from 1982 through 1990 with a 9am to 5 pm work schedule plus I worked part time jobs when my career once again came to a crashing end. I began an "Effective Discovery" process where I found that my employment history was severely suppressed to the extent a number of my W 2 Wage & Tax Statements had been removed, then I know that the 26 Federal Plaza Community impute an erroneous and fabricated personal history into the pulled record gaps then they transmitted the fabricated personal information and data into the Communities I lived, Worked and Traveled. This was the third time in my life I had to re-construct my employment history in Federal Court once in St. Paul,MN, twice in New York Southern District Of New York. Then I was subject to crime scavenging where my copies of the Case Matter was stolen. I suggest my heritage copy the Case Record of Phillip Bianco vs. Social Security Administration. Of course each time the matter is not only motivated for acts of stealing money and illegal gains but because I over achieved in both the Arts and Athletics. Of course I kicked their kids butts playing sports. I set numerous personal performance football records from High School to Prep School to College. I will need to contact the Switzerland and ask them to review the athletic motivated incidents and then print my true BOXING HISTORY in the International News Communities including Brazil,thank You, Phillip Bianco.

   To clarify the Case Matter of Bianco vs Social Security Administration was held first with Judge Cedarbaum of the Southern District of New York then she ordered a Hearing with an Administrative Law Judge which was Judge Greenberg.
