Below are some more recent art works I created, I re-began creating art almost 2 years ago, I spend my spare time, leisurely creating art. Why I posted art works at my Blog titled," Phillip Bianco Legal Cases", is that I believe the Case matters I was and still am subject to are in part motivated by my youthful career when I was studying and creating in the arts. My career in the arts began approximately 1961 through 1971. I began going on Television Commercial Callings with such Companies as Chef Boy AR Dee. My family heritage had a number of artists throughout our history, my mother a dancer, a New York City Rockette and father a musician, who studied at Julliard School and was with United Federation of Musicians Union Local 802 for many years. The relationship with Case matters not only has to do with how and why my career in the arts came to a crashing end but during my youth I had spent much of my career studying and creating in the arts in Europe and Abroad, I use to submit my works to the Copyright, Patent and Trade Office in Washington, D.C., I went to Washington to visit and check on things at Copyright, I was asked if I wanted to get involved with the Trusts, if so, I should submit my art and athletic achievements to the Trustees, I did. I submitted some art sketches and my athletic participation on 4 Championship teams when I was a involved with organized athletics in Miramar, Florida. Legal matters came about in the Washington, D.C., Judicial Systems, so, yes, Case matter would be related and rooted in Washington, D.C.

As I had said the Case matters I post below were and still are a result of athletic motivated incidents and conflicts that re-began when I was a student athlete in Public High School in Massachusetts, New England Prep School Athletic Divisions at Tabor Academy and in College at Ithaca College, so, what had happen is a rage and rampage had a snowballing effect from New England into my College career path when I was a student/athlete, then snowballed into my employment and Community causing loss of employment.
If an Authority has the ability to change much of the 1978 small College football schedules in much of the United States from what happen then publish those changed schedules at the Schools and Colleges, they would have the capability to have a person attacked then arrested. What I discovered when such records are changed stories evolve, the stories cause incidents and conflicts. What I believe is out of spite and resentment because I set Big Records for scoring points including in all of small College for scoring most points on Defense, they had me attacked and arrested for the Big Record. They had also called the Schools and College in outrage about a few hard tackles/hits I made, a grudge and there were those who sought revenge.
Below I post photographs of the 1978 Ithaca College vs. CW Post College varsity football game, the game Ithaca truly played before the football schedules were changed, they recorded Ithaca did not play CW Post College but Ithaca did, they had also changed the 1979 NCAA Championship football game score between Ithaca vs. Wittenburg State University, an indication they are still taking actions and an article about the NCAA National Championship game written by the Syracuse Post titled, "Bianco Made Big Play". What I discovered if a person loses there employment, then they can not pay there bills or rent, then they will lose there residence and probably find themselves in harsh and dangerous environments, I believe they planed the entire matter.
Below I post the fumble recovery some said was the Big Play during the 1979 NCAA National Championship televised by ABC Sports, I recovered the fumble to help stop Wittenburg State University from scoring the go ahead touchdown.
